At this stage you will already have earned your first commissions and you will have people at your side who have followed you through the project.

Follow at 110% all the tips/tasks in the "MANAGE YOUR EMPLOYEES" which you will find attached to this lesson.

It is up to you to reciprocate the trust of your new co-workers by providing them with your presence and the support they need to achieve their first results!

LEARNING HOW TO MANAGE NEW EMPLOYEES:

FIRST STEP: Witness how the sponsor or reference upline trains and supports your first new employee. Take notes of key phrases, attitude and practical actions.

SECOND STEP: Apply everything you have learnt from your upline.Follow up with your new co-worker under the supervision of your upline following the notes taken.

THIRD STEP: It is not a matter of doing everything yourself and not asking anyone else for support, but of taking the initiative and asking for feedback (constructive criticism) from the upline. Don't passively ask for solutions, rather propose your own and compare yourself with those who have more experience before implementing them.

The goal in doing so is to get to the point where you are ready to follow your future co-workers independently.
